Here’s what to expect for your first consultation:
Prior to your appointment, you will receive an email with new patient information forms for you to complete. As a courtesy, we will verify orthodontic coverage with your insurance company, but please remember to bring your insurance information with you to your first appointment.
1. Meet our friendly team
From the moment you arrive, our welcoming reception team will make you feel right at home. You’ll then meet with either Dr. Chris Mattingly or Dr. Chris Howell, who will carefully evaluate your smile. A scan and X-rays will be taken to help determine the best treatment options for you.
2. Discuss your treatment options
One of our knowledgeable Treatment Coordinators will walk you through your recommended treatment plan and review flexible payment options designed to fit your budget. They’re always happy to answer any questions you may have about treatment or financing.
3. Receive your custom treatment plan
Once you’ve chosen your treatment plan and the payment option that fits your needs, we’ll help you get started—often on the same day!
