They took care of my son’s so great that I went back for myself to do Invisalign treatments. They are friendly and honest, they truly care about all of their patients! "I had an amazing experience at my initial orthodontist appointment! The staff was welcoming and professional, and everything went smoothly. I received my trays and have been wearing them comfortably for a few days now. The first scan was quick and easy, and I’m already seeing progress. "I highly recommend Dr Mattingly for Invisalign treatment. I started my treatment at another orthodontist out of state. Before moving to Louisville, my prior orthodontist said I finished my treatment but I was unhappy with the results. Dr. Mattingly assessed my teeth and came up with a new great plan to fix my teeth. Now after finishing my Invisalign treatment with Dr. Mattingly, my smile is perfect and better than I ever thought possible.The Smile Doctors phone app used to scan my teeth every week was very easy to use and quick. During my in person visits, Dr. Mattingly was always very pleasant and personable. I only had 1 visit during my treatment with Dr. Howell, but he was very pleasant as well. The whole team at this location was great.I can’t recommend this place enough and will absolutely be going back here for any future orthodontic needs I have!"
"There are no words to express how grateful I am for Dr. Mattingly. Honestly I had given up hope before I came to this office. After years and years of dental work, 2 previous rounds of braces as a child, Physical therapy for TMJ, mouth guards for sleeping, I was still in pain. Daily headaches and sleepless nights…even a broken tooth. I’ve seen multiple dentist that said surgery was my only route. I was referred to Dr. Mattingly by my new dentist after my other one retired and it might have been the greatest thing that’s ever happened to me. I was told I’d need a miracle and that’s exactly what I was given. Treatment started June 2022, back then I had an open bite, I couldn’t bite through pizza or sandwiches, a piece of lettuce on a sandwich was enemy #1. I had two teeth that touched, the rest were a mess. Flash forward to today, I can eat ANYTHING (is this why I’ve gained weight?) no problem and a smile that I’ve only dreamed about. I should be the poster child for Invisalign. But, all jokes aside, this is the absolute best group of orthodontist and the office staff are so kind. I should add that being able to do scans at home were amazing, so nice not to have to take as much time off work as I was expecting. If you’re an adult and you were questioning getting braces again, please let this be your sign to go for it."

Our treatment plan went exactly as they presented, over 2 years of appointments and every one was prompt, efficient, and on time!!! "I have two daughters in braces right now, every time we are in the staff is ALWAYS personable and polite. Both DR. Howell and Dr. Mattingly are informational, caring, and genuine. I have received after hours calls on weekends and holidays to check on the girls after they have received different appliances during their stages of orthodontic work. I feel like Mattingly and Howell's entire staff goes above and beyond to provide exceptional care to my family. I am so glad we chose them for our families orthodontic needs!"

"Mattingly & Howell Orthodontics Psc has provided orthodontic care for two of my four sons. I could not be more pleased with our experiences. My second son expects to have his braces removed in just a few months, and my third son just had his braces placed on his teeth. Every person we have encountered has gone above and beyond to ensure that our experiences are as pleasant as possible. Drs. Mattingly and Howell are always fun for my kids to "visit."
